Fabric Preparation, Cutting & Knitting
Cut-and-sew styles use fabric spreading and cutting, while selected seamless products use seamless knitting equipment. Fabrics, elastic, waistbands, labels and other trims are checked before production.
Sewing & Waistband Assembly
Lockstitch, overlock, flatlock and coverstitch operations are selected by garment construction. Waistband-attaching and heat-transfer equipment are used where required by the approved design.
Measurement & In-Line Inspection
First-piece approval and in-line inspection check stitching, key measurements, fit-related points, waistband or elastic, logo position, labels and visible defects against the approved sample.
Final Inspection & Packing
Finished garments are checked for appearance, measurements, stitching, branding, labels and packing details before quantity verification and export-carton preparation.

Our Yiwu facility combines fabric cutting, sewing, selected seamless knitting, finishing, inspection, packing and warehousing for recurring B2B orders. Production planning depends on style construction, fabric, size ratio, branding, packaging and quantity.
