OEM Underwear for Brand and Bulk Orders
Intivex Underwear supports OEM and private-label projects for underwear brands, importers, wholesalers, distributors and retail purchasing teams. Based in Yiwu, Zhejiang, China, we develop orders around confirmed product specifications, approved samples and agreed packing requirements.
Our range includes men’s boxer briefs, boxers and trunks, women’s panties, boyshorts and high-waist briefs, plus selected seamless underwear. Development options depend on the garment construction and material availability. We review the proposed changes before quotation so buyers can understand what requires new sampling, different materials or additional production time.
Start with Your Tech Pack, Sample or Existing Style
A project can begin with a tech pack, physical reference sample or selected existing style. Please provide the product type, fabric requirements, size chart, estimated quantity by style and color, and any branding or packaging instructions.
Reference photographs help explain appearance, but measurements and construction details are needed to establish a production specification. We review waistband width, leg length or coverage, gusset or front-panel construction, seams and label positions where relevant. Unclear details are resolved during development rather than left for the production team to interpret.
Confirm Fabric, Color and Garment Construction
Material options include cotton, cotton/spandex, modal, nylon/spandex, polyester blends and selected seamless yarns. The appropriate choice depends on stretch, garment structure, target fit and the buyer’s specification.
Our fabric and material options help define composition and construction before sampling. A fabric change can affect measurements, seam behavior and material sourcing, even when the design remains similar.
Color references should identify the intended shade for the body fabric, waistband and trims. These components may use different materials, so their appearance needs to be reviewed together. Printed styles also require artwork, placement and color confirmation.
Develop Size, Fit and Waistband Details
A size label alone does not define a garment’s fit. We work from agreed measurements and the buyer’s size requirements, then review fit-related points through the sample. Men’s trunks and boxer briefs require attention to leg length, body dimensions and front construction; women’s styles require confirmation of rise, coverage, gusset and leg openings.
The size and fit customization stage establishes the measurements used for production checks. Waistband or elastic specifications are reviewed alongside the garment because width, stretch and attachment can affect the finished dimensions and appearance.
Add Branding, Labels and Packaging
Private-label options include custom logo waistbands, printed branding, labels and hangtags. Buyers should supply clear artwork, intended dimensions, placement and label information. Available methods are reviewed against the selected material and garment construction before sample approval.
Packaging can include individual polybags, branded bags, paper boxes, multi-packs, barcode labels and export cartons. Our printing and packaging options cover the details needed to connect the garment with its retail pack and shipping carton.
Multi-pack programs require an agreed size and color assortment. SKU references, barcode information, pack quantities and carton requirements should be confirmed before packing materials are ordered.
Approve Samples Before Production Release
Sampling is used to confirm the proposed materials, measurements, fit, waistband, branding and packing details. Sample lead time is usually about 7–12 days, depending on material availability, pattern development and branding requirements.
Buyers should identify revisions clearly against the sample or specification. Changes to fabric, elastic or construction may require another review because they can affect previously approved dimensions. Sample costs and revision arrangements are confirmed for the project.
Bulk production starts after the key specifications and approved sample are confirmed. Packing artwork and assortment instructions also need approval before the relevant materials are prepared.
Plan MOQ, Production Checks and Delivery
Typical MOQ is around 500–1,000 pieces per style/color, depending on fabric, size breakdown, waistband, branding and packaging. Selected existing styles may allow lower quantities, subject to review.
Bulk production usually takes about 30–45 days after sample and order confirmation. Quantity, materials, size mix and packing affect scheduling. During production, measurement and inspection checks compare stitching, key dimensions, waistband, branding and appearance with the approved requirements.
Before shipment, we verify quantities, labels, packing and carton details. Send your specifications, destination and target delivery date so we can review sampling, quotation and shipment arrangements.
