Branding for Your Underwear Program
Intivex Underwear supports logo and label development for brands, importers and private-label buyers. Branding options include custom logo waistbands, printed branding, sewn labels and hangtags for our men’s and women’s underwear range.
Projects can start from your artwork, tech pack, reference sample or selected existing style. We review the proposed branding against the garment’s fabric and construction before sampling. The objective is to establish clear artwork, placement and label specifications that can be followed during bulk production.
Provide Artwork and Placement Requirements
Please supply clear artwork with the intended dimensions, colors and application position. Editable artwork is preferable where available. Photographs can explain the appearance you want, but small lettering and fine details need review at the actual production size.
Identify whether the logo belongs on the waistband, garment body, sewn brand label or hangtag. Placement should reference a defined garment point, such as the waistband edge or center seam, rather than an approximate location in a photograph.
For repeated waistband branding, confirm logo spacing and the intended appearance around joining seams. Coordinate these details with custom waistband and elastic development.
Select Branding That Suits the Material
Printed branding and sewn labels need to suit the selected fabric, stretch and garment structure. Available application methods are reviewed for the project; a result approved on one material should not automatically be transferred to another.
Confirm your fabric and material options before finalizing branding. Changes in color, texture or stretch may affect logo visibility and the finished appearance.
Sewn labels also require agreement on dimensions, material, attachment and position. Labels placed inside the garment should be reviewed for edge finish and how they sit against the surrounding seams. The sample allows buyers to assess these details before approval.
Confirm Brand, Size and Care Information
Brand labels, size labels and care labels serve different purposes and should have separate approved artwork. Buyers should provide the required wording, symbols, language versions and any market-specific labeling instructions.
Size labels must correspond to the confirmed garment size chart. Care information should match the approved material and product requirements. We review the supplied information with the order specification; unsupported composition, certification or performance claims should not be added.
Hangtags need confirmation of artwork, paper requirements, attachment and product references. Where barcode or SKU information is required, buyers should provide the correct data and identify which style, color and size each version belongs to.
Approve Samples and Check Bulk Application
The sample is used to confirm logo appearance, dimensions, position, label attachment and hangtag details. Revisions should identify the specific artwork or placement change so the approved reference remains clear.
During production, measurement and inspection checks include branding position, labels and visible defects against the confirmed specification. Packing instructions must keep label, hangtag and product references consistent across styles, colors and sizes.
Review MOQ, Timing and Quotation
Typical garment MOQ is around 500–1,000 pieces per style/color. Custom waistbands, labels and hangtags may have separate sourcing minimums. Artwork versions, colors, application methods and quantities can affect development costs.
Sampling usually takes about 7–12 days, depending on material availability and branding requirements. Bulk production usually takes about 30–45 days after sample and order confirmation, subject to component readiness.
Send your product reference, artwork, logo dimensions, label information, size breakdown and estimated quantity so we can review sampling, MOQ and quotation.
