About Intivex Underwear
Intivex Underwear is a China-based underwear manufacturer and OEM/ODM supplier located in Yiwu, Zhejiang. Since 2013, we have focused on producing men’s and women’s underwear for brands, importers, wholesalers, distributors and retail programs.
Our main product range includes men’s boxer briefs, boxers, trunks and briefs, women’s panties, boyshorts and high-waist briefs, together with selected seamless underwear. We support both existing-style sourcing and private-label development based on buyer specifications.
Underwear Manufacturing for B2B Orders
Our production work covers fabric preparation, cutting, sewing, selected seamless knitting, finishing, inspection, packing and warehouse handling.
Depending on the product, production may use lockstitch, overlock, flatlock and coverstitch operations, together with waistband attaching and heat-transfer processes where required.
Our facility is around 12,200 m², with approximately 8–10 production, finishing and packing lines. Monthly output is usually around 450,000–600,000 pieces, depending on style, fabric, size mix and customization.
OEM & Private Label Support
OEM and private-label projects can start from a tech pack, physical reference sample or selected existing style.
We can support the development and confirmation of:

Materials & Product Development
Common material options include cotton, cotton/spandex, modal, nylon/spandex, polyester blends and selected seamless yarns.
Material selection is usually discussed together with stretch, fit, product construction, target market and order requirements. This helps avoid choosing fabric only by price without considering how it affects the finished underwear.
Sampling & Bulk Production
Sample lead time is usually about 7–12 days, depending on fabric availability, pattern or fit development and branding requirements.
Typical MOQ is around 500–1,000 pieces per style/color, although selected existing styles may allow lower quantities.
After the approved sample and order details are confirmed, mass production usually takes around 30–45 days, depending on quantity, fabric, size mix, branding and packaging.
Quality Control
Quality control starts before bulk production and continues through production and packing.
Our inspection process can include:
- Incoming fabric and trim checks
- First-piece approval
- In-line sewing inspection
- Measurement checks
- Waistband and elastic checks
- Logo and label inspection
- Final appearance inspection
- Packing and quantity checks
Finished products are checked against the approved sample and confirmed specifications before shipment preparation.
Packaging & Export Support
We can support individual polybags, branded bags, paper boxes, multi-packs, hangtags, barcode labels and export cartons.
For export orders, we also help confirm carton details, shipping marks, packing quantities and shipment requirements. EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP terms can be discussed according to the destination and order conditions.
